FTP stands for file transfer protocol. This is usually what you will use to upload and download web pages and such on the net. You will need a FTP program to do this. There are many available. One source that I have always found usefull to find downloadable programs is downloads.com.

Recurring is a percentage of a sale you will recieve everytime someone renews a membership. A basic example being this. You are promoting a sponsor under a 50/50 recurring program. This means you get 50% of each sale and every monthly renewal of a member as well.

I put these two together so hopefully it will be more easier to explain.
