Newbie Project #3: Stand Alone Pages (Pt 1)
This project is a continuation of the Newbie Project #2 with a added twist.

This project once again is based on building a single search engine page. The main difference being we will now target a generic search phrase then filter that traffic to a more specific sub-category of that search.

As Announced by Frank:

If you learned from the past page, what we had done is "target" a specific search term. Some pages were more specific than others and that's OK. This phase is a added addition to what was intended on the last project page. This to, will be simple and easy, the idea is to make you think of many different ways to do things and hopefully get you to think "out of the box".

In this page we will once again make a page "targetting" search phrases but this time we will take a more overall generic route, then "filter" our traffic. Once again you will use mouseovers to cover the sponsor codes, blind linked thumbs, and even add a exit pop and a muti-site fpa for continue link. Also good titles, descriptions, and alt text on all images.

What you first need to do is pick out a nice 3 or 4 word generic search phrases.

Personally I like going to Overture and doing some searching. http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ I would say start popping in some generic words like, whores, women, females, fucking, cunts, sluts, being, having, and such as that, and find a nice 3 or 4 word generic search phases.
This will then be the "theme" and "target" of the page.

From this you will think of 3 or more "sub-categories" that will fit this theme/target.

Example: Let's say I use "women being fucked". Some of many sub-categories there could be, gang bangs, older women, horny wives, and so on.

The point of the pages is to try to get hits for a "generic" search and then "filter" that hit to a more specific sub-category.

Once you pick your sub-categories you will need to have a thumbnailed pics that corresponds to each sub-category. And a sponsor for each specific sub-category as well.

At the top of the page make a table with text links for these chosen sub-categories. In my example above I would have used in my table, (women getting gang banged, click here), (horny housewives, click here), etc...

Under that you will then place your title of the page and a keyword filled paragraph of text. Throughout the rest of the page you will place your thumb pics and once again use a few keyword filled sentences concerning the theme of the page throughout various areas. You will link each thumb pic to the corresponding sponsor. You will also use mouseovers making it look like the thumb pics are being pulled from your image directory vice being linked to the sponsor.

You will have a (quick loading) text exit pop on this page if they chose to try and leave as well.

Finally at the bottom of the page have a "click here to continue" type link. This link will go to a "multi-site sponsor fpa". This page will also have a exit popup as well and also have a small (go back) link at the bottom. Construct your fpa's to have good titles, metas, and descriptions catering to the theme of the page too.

Looking forward to seeing all the pages. Ask questions, share feedback and comments. That's part of what it's all about!
