Improving your Working Enviroment in
Photoshop

Do you find that you don't always have the
Pallets/Options just where you would like them? Or maybe you have some you
don't use very often but take up valauable space on your
desktop?
Photoshop allows you to organize the Pallets/Options exactly
how you want, and where you want them displayed your screen!
First, make
sure you have all your Pallets/Options showing on your desktop that you want to
display. To do this go to the Windows menu at the top of the screen, selecting
'Show...' for any Pallets/Options that you do not currently have
displayed.
The next step is to remove any Pallets/Options that you don't
use. To do this click on the 'tab' for the Pallet/Option and drag it to an
available space on your desktop then close it by clicking on the cross in the
top right corner. In the example below we have removed the 'Channels' and
'Paths' from the Layers Menu.
